Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Relustt iPhone app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Relustt is, and what it isn't

Relustt is a self-help tool. It provides a content blocker, urge-management features, progress tracking, and educational lessons.

Relustt is not medical care. It is not therapy, not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional treatment. Nothing in the app or on this website is medical advice.

If you are struggling with a compulsive behaviour that is seriously affecting your life, or with physical symptoms such as erectile difficulties, please talk to a doctor or a qualified therapist. Physical causes are real, common, and treatable, and no app can rule them out.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. This app is not equipped to help in an emergency.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Relustt. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at z.dubaka@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell any part of the service
• Scrape or bulk-extract content from the app or this website
• Post content in community features that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or that identifies another user without consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Relustt is sold as a subscription through the Apple App Store. That means:

• Apple processes your payment. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You cancel through Apple, in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App Store before you purchase, and may vary by region.

If we change subscription pricing, the change applies to future billing periods, and you will be told in advance.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day risk-free guarantee. If Relustt isn't working for you, contact z.dubaka@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will help you obtain a full refund.

Because Apple processes payments, refunds are ultimately issued by Apple through their refund process. We will assist you in requesting one. You may also request a refund directly from Apple at any time under their standard policy.

6. The blocker: what we can and cannot promise

The content blocker is a tool, not a guarantee. We have built it to be effective, but:

• No blocker is unbypassable. Software you control can be disabled, uninstalled, or circumvented, and content on the internet changes constantly.
• Filtering is not perfect. New sites appear, and some content may not be caught.
• It works on your device. It cannot protect you on devices where it isn't installed.

You accept that quitting is ultimately your work. The app exists to make that work easier, not to do it for you.

7. Results

Recovery varies enormously between people. Timelines described in the app or on this website are general patterns drawn from common experience and published research — they are not promises about your outcome.

We do not guarantee any specific result, including any change to your health, relationships, performance, or wellbeing.

8. Our content

The app, this website, the lessons, the writing, the design, and the Relustt name and logo are owned by us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and share our articles with attribution and a link. You may not republish them wholesale, sell them, or use our branding without written permission.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you write in the app. By posting in community features, you grant us a licence to host and display that content as part of operating the service. We may remove content that breaks section 3.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Apple and our infrastructure and AI providers. We are not responsible for their services, and their terms apply to their part of the experience.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relustt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the blocker will catch all content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email, and update the date below. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Ending it

You may stop using Relustt at any time and cancel your subscription through Apple. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the country where you live, and you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer law.
